Mark Elliott has more than 30 years of experience in talent management consulting domestically and internationally, having worked with more than 100 companies in a broad range of industries on issues involving leadership assessment and development, succession, executive recruitment and assimilation.
Currently Elliott’s practice focuses on executive coaching of newly placed leaders. He has used his insight and experience to counsel more than 200 senior leaders. He is also the developer of PowerStart Onboarding, a comprehensive e-learning program that provides onboarding coaching support and leadership development for newly placed leaders.
Elliott’s insights on leadership have been featured in articles for national publications, and he has been a frequent speaker at numerous national conferences. He has served on several civic and corporate boards.
Previously, Elliott was with TMP Worldwide Executive Search. He held a senior executive position with responsibilities for offices worldwide. Prior to that he was a partner with executive search firms Heidrick & Struggles and LAI Worldwide. His search practice focused on senior executives in financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare. And earlier, he founded and then was president of a performance management subsidiary of international leadership development company, DDI. Elliott began his career in human resources management with GE.
Elliott is a certified executive coach. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and pursued graduate studies in Organizational Development at the University of Massachusetts.
